Flavio Iniguez-Garcia, a 19-year-old resident of Hayward, California, tragically lost his life in a fatal shooting on October 13, 2019, in Richmond, California. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:15 a.m., in the 100 block of 5th Street, near Bissell Avenue. Iniguez-Garcia had been attending a large house party on the same block when the shooting took place. Police were alerted to the scene by a ShotSpotter activation, a system designed to detect and locate gunfire.
