On the night of June 23, 2024, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Richmond Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting at the Bella Vista at Hilltop apartment complex, located in the 3400 block of Richmond Parkway. Upon arrival, officers discovered two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds.
