James Langford III, a 31-year-old resident of San Pablo, California, was tragically killed on April 27, 2021, in Richmond, California. Langford, a former football star who showcased his skills in Europe, was fatally shot while sitting in his vehicle at South Second Street and Ohio Avenue in the Santa Fe area of Richmond.
