On January 17, 2024, at approximately 8:49 a.m., 47-year-old Charles "Chucky" Harvey Jr. was fatally shot inside his residence in the 2900 block of Gomer Drive in Richmond, California. Responding officers found Harvey with a gunshot wound; he was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

The following day, Richmond police arrested 41-year-old Morgan Sadler in Hercules, California, in connection with Harvey's death. The arrest came after detectives executed se ...
