Richard Doss, a 21-year-old aspiring rapper known by his stage name Lil Buzz, was tragically killed on June 24, 2018, in Richmond, California. Doss was found with multiple gunshot wounds in his car on the 500 block of 23rd Street around 8:45 p.m. after police responded to reports of shots fired and a possible car accident.
