Otilio Martinez, an 18-year-old resident of Richmond, California, tragically lost his life on September 19, 2016. Martinez was walking home from work on the 5100 block of Bayview Avenue when he was gunned down in a brutal attack. The incident occurred around 11:00 p.m., and Martinez was shot multiple times at close range, with police later marking the scene with about 40 casings and bullet holes.
