Danny Mitchell, a 60-year-old resident of Richmond, California, tragically lost his life on December 16, 2020. On that day, Richmond police responded to reports of gunfire detected by the ShotSpotter system in the 300 block of 25th Street. Upon arrival, officers found Mitchell in his vehicle, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
