TeJon Clark, a 24-year-old man originally from Sacramento, California, was tragically killed on April 23, 2022, in Richmond, California. Clark had been living in Texas for about a year and a half but was visiting his father at the Pullman Point Apartments in Richmond when the incident occurred.
