Frankie Martinez, a 21-year-old resident of Richmond, California, tragically lost his life on February 2, 2017, in a fatal shooting incident. The incident occurred near the corner of Second Street and Ohio Avenue shortly before noon. Martinez was shot along with another individual who survived the attack.
