Frankie Martinez, a 21-year-old resident of Richmond, California, tragically lost his life on February 2, 2017, in a fatal shooting incident. The incident occurred near the corner of Second Street and Ohio Avenue shortly before noon. Martinez was shot along with another individual who survived the attack. The suspect, Martin Margarito Jr., was quickly identified and charged with murder and attempted murder in connection with the double shooting. Margarito was also charged with enhancements for t ...
