Robert Fitch, a 24-year-old resident of Richmond, California, tragically lost his life on June 1, 2015. The incident occurred at a residence on the 2600 block of McBryde Avenue, where Fitch was shot following an argument with Byron Fairbanks, a 54-year-old acquaintance. The altercation began when Fitch asked to use the faucet to fill up a soup cup while Fairbanks was in the bathroom.
