Clarence Wesley Celestine Jr., a 24-year-old resident of Richmond, California, tragically lost his life on March 21, 2014. The incident occurred late at night when officers responded to reports of a shooting in the area of South 35th Street and Wall Avenue. Upon arrival, they found Clarence suffering from gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries early the next morning. This marked the second homicide in Richmond for the year 2014. ...Read More
