In the quiet Pine Rock section of Shelton, Connecticut, the life of a 15-year-old White/Caucasian male named Kristjan Ndoj was tragically cut short in a burst of unexplained violence. On the evening of March 15, 2014, Kristjan, a sophomore at Shelton High School, rode his bicycle to a friend's house on Agawam Trail. Shortly after his arrival, just before 9 p.m., shots rang out from a nearby wooded area, striking Kristjan in the head and leg as he stood in the driveway.
