Cherokee Monique Parker, a 31-year-old woman, tragically lost her life on June 14, 2015, in Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning during a birthday party in the backyard of a home located in the 700 block of West 115th Street in the Vermont Vista neighborhood.
