Ruben Breedlove, a 28-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on July 4, 2015, in the Leimert Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the incident occurred shortly before 11 p.m. while Breedlove was walking on a sidewalk in the 3900 block of Third Avenue.
