Richard Daniel Aukschun, a 44-year-old Armenian man, was tragically shot and killed on June 2, 2017, in Van Nuys, Los Angeles. The incident occurred in the 15700 block of Saticoy Street, where Aukschun had just started his first day on the job at an automotive repair shop. According to reports, Aukschun confronted a 26-year-old man who was spray-painting graffiti on the side of the shop.
