Ramon Dominguez Jr., a 16-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on September 23, 2015. The young teenager was shot just after 7 p.m. at the intersection of Virginia and Quantico avenues. Despite being rushed to Kern Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries approximately half an hour later.
