A mother of five's body is discovered along a hiking trail
Rachel Morin, a 37-year-old mother of five, was found dead on August 6, 2023, near the Ma and Pa Trail in Bel Air, Maryland. Morin was reported missing by her boyfriend on the evening of August 5 after she failed to return from her walk on the popular hiking trail. Her car was found abandoned at the trailhead, and a community search began immediately. Her body was ultimately discovered by a volunteer about 70-80 feet off the trail, and authorities quickly ruled the death a homicide.
