A mother of five's body is discovered along a hiking trail
On the evening of August 5, 2023, Rachel Morin, a 37-year-old mother of five, embarked on a familiar walk along the Ma and Pa Trail in Bel Air, Maryland. When she did not return home, her boyfriend reported her missing. The following day, her body was discovered in a drainage ditch near the trail after a search. An autopsy would later reveal that she had been brutally assaulted, suffering from 15 to 20 blows to the head, and her death was ruled a homicide caused by a combination of strangulation ...
