In the early morning hours of October 9, 2023, Tjai “TJ” Farmer, a 42-year-old woman, was tragically killed in a shooting in Laurel, Maryland. The incident occurred around 4:50 a.m. in the parking lot of her apartment complex located on West Side Boulevard. Farmer was inside her vehicle when a lone gunman reportedly approached and shot her multiple times. She succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
