Amanda Diane Duer, a 29-year-old resident of La Plata, Maryland, tragically passed away on July 2, 2016, at Laurel Regional Hospital in Laurel, Maryland. Amanda was known for her love of doing hair and make-up for her sister and friends, and she cherished spending time with her twin sons and family. Her sudden death was a result of a violent incident that occurred at the Turf Motel in Laurel, where she was shot in the chest.
