Robert Starks, a resident of Atmore, Alabama, was fatally shot on May 29, 2023, in a tragic incident that quickly escalated into a homicide. The shooting occurred late in the evening, and police were dispatched to the scene after receiving reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers found Starks suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite attempts by emergency responders to stabilize him, he was pronounced dead shortly after the arrival of paramedics.
