Michelle Carter, a 50-year-old resident of Germantown, Maryland, tragically lost her life on February 28, 2022. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a townhome community on Highstream Drive, near Ronald McNair Elementary School. According to reports, Michelle was shot and killed by Richard Maurice Harris, a 51-year-old man with whom she had previously been in a relationship.
