Shakina Marie Perkins-Moody, aged 34, tragically lost her life on August 4, 2015, in a murder-suicide incident at a Germantown gas station. The incident occurred around 12:30 PM at the Germantown Auto Spa located at the intersection of Route 118 and 355. Shakina was in her car with her 16-year-old daughter and Johnnie Perkins, a 42-year-old man with whom she had a relationship.
