Chad Sokhan Hang, a 17-year-old resident of Long Beach, California, tragically lost his life on April 1, 2016. On the night of March 31, 2016, at approximately 11:48 p.m., Long Beach Police responded to a call about a possible shooting in the 1300 block of East 11th Street. Upon arrival, officers found Chad with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper torso.
