Dylan Clay Baskins, a 27-year-old resident of Long Beach, California, tragically lost his life on September 6, 2019, two days after being shot. On the night of September 4, 2019, at approximately 11:05 p.m., officers from the Long Beach Police Department responded to reports of gunfire in the vicinity of West Melrose Way and Golden Avenue.
