Richard Winfrey, a 50-year-old resident of Long Beach, California, was tragically killed on September 25, 2020. The incident occurred early in the morning at Gumbiner Park, located in the 800 block of E. 7th Street. At approximately 5:30 a.m., officers responded to reports of a shooting at the park.
