Jose De Jesus Flores, a 17-year-old resident of Long Beach, California, was tragically shot to death on January 28, 2017. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. in the 900 block of Maine Avenue. Long Beach police officers responded to a call about a shooting and found Flores in an alley with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being transported to a local hospital, he was pronounced dead at 9:22 p.m. The coroner's records confirmed the cause of death as multiple gunshot wounds.
