Dimas Penaloza-Quiroz, a 28-year-old resident of Long Beach, California, was fatally shot on July 21, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2 a.m., in the 1200 block of Molina Avenue. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner records, Penaloza-Quiroz sustained a gunshot wound to his upper torso. Long Beach Police officers responded to reports of a man with a gunshot wound and found Penaloza-Quiroz at the scene. He was transported to a hospital, ...
