Kevin Owens, aged 22, was tragically shot and killed on January 19, 2015, in Washington, DC. The incident occurred around 1:59 PM in the 3400 block of 13th Place, SE. Owens was found with gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Metropolitan Police Department immediately launched an investigation and sought public assistance in gathering information regarding the homicide.
