Manuel "Manny" Arechiga, an 18-year-old father, was tragically shot to death on November 1, 2016, in Long Beach, California. The incident occurred around 2:10 a.m. in the 600 block of East 9th Street. Manny, who had recently dropped out of high school to care for his newborn son, was found with a gunshot wound to his upper torso.
