Angel Shatteen, a victim of a series of heinous crimes, was tragically murdered in Chicago's Englewood neighborhood during the 1990s. Shatteen, a Black woman, was one of the eleven victims of Andre Crawford, a convicted serial killer, rapist, and necrophile.
