Ronald McKinzie, an 18-year-old from Adelanto, California, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2016, in Victorville. The incident occurred inside a home on Bennington Drive, where McKinzie was accidentally shot by a 17-year-old friend. According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's officials, the shooting happened before 9 p.m. and was deemed a tragic accident. McKinzie was found in a bedroom with a gunshot wound to his upper body.
