On March 31, 2022, Robert Montoya, a 34-year-old homeless man, was found fatally shot in Victorville, California. Deputies from the Victorville Sheriff’s Station responded to reports of gunshots in the 16400 block of Forrest Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered Montoya suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
