Hilario Salazar, a 25-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on May 30, 2016, in East Los Angeles. The incident occurred at approximately 9:55 p.m. at his home on the 600 block of South Ford Boulevard. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Salazar was at home with his family when two men approached the door.
