Joseph Louis Neal, a 39-year-old man from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on May 20, 2018, after being shot the previous night. Neal was attending a candlelight vigil at a car wash and strip mall in the 8500 block of Cimarron Street in Manchester Square.
