Donald Ray Loggins, born on June 17, 1959, tragically lost his life on August 5, 1991, in Los Angeles, California. His death was the result of a violent gang-related shooting. Loggins, along with Payton Beroit, was shot three times while sitting in a white Toyota Supra parked outside a car wash on South Central Avenue. This incident was part of the ongoing gang wars between the Bloods and the Crips in South Los Angeles during the early 1990s.
