Lloyd "Trey" William Gilpin III, a 26-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on September 15, 2016. The incident occurred in the Windy Hill neighborhood, where Gilpin was shot multiple times. According to reports, the shooting took place just before 8:50 p.m. in the 4000 block of Skycrest Drive.
