Robert Padilla, a 30-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on November 22, 2017. According to reports, Padilla was standing in front of a home in the 1900 block of Sichel Street in Lincoln Heights around 7:50 p.m., engaging in conversation with friends. During this time, a white car drove by, and an individual inside the vehicle opened fire, striking Padilla multiple times.
