Jesus Manuel Nunez, a 22-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on February 3, 2014, in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred around 1 a.m. in the 2100 block of East Cesar Chavez Avenue.
