Jason Agustin Montes, a 25-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on March 28, 2019. The incident occurred in the 400 block of West Santa Cruz Street in San Pedro, a neighborhood in Los Angeles. On that fateful evening, Jason and his brother, Justin Antonio Montes, were walking in the area when a sedan approached them.
