Ava Chadderdon, a three-year-old girl from Lemoore, California, tragically passed away on July 2, 2016, due to an accidental gunshot wound. The incident occurred when Ava found an unsecured and loaded handgun in her home. While playing with the firearm, it accidentally discharged, resulting in a fatal injury. The Kings County Coroner's Office identified Ava as the victim and confirmed the cause of death as an accidental gunshot wound.
