Eric Brown, a 21-year-old resident of Richmond, California, tragically lost his life on October 10, 2016. The incident occurred at La Moine Valley View Park on the Richmond-El Sobrante border. Around 10:50 p.m., Richmond Police responded to calls about shots fired at the park. Upon arrival, officers found Eric Brown and a 19-year-old male from Rodeo suffering from gunshot wounds.
