Ulysses Escobar, a 21-year-old security guard from Littlerock, California, tragically lost his life on November 7, 2016, in Lancaster, CA. The incident occurred around 7:05 p.m. in the parking lot of a strip mall located in the 1700 block of East Avenue J. Escobar was found in a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
