A man is found murdered inside his burned mobile home
On October 28, 2017, the body of 48-year-old Wayne Foss, a commercial fisherman, was found in the charred remains of his mobile home in Whitneyville, Maine. The fire, which occurred in the early morning hours, was initially believed to be accidental.
