In the winter of 1994, a life was tragically cut short on a street in Shreveport, Louisiana. On the evening of January 23rd, 22-year-old Mutrice Germany was brutally murdered in the 1500 block of Texas Street. The young man, whose life held untold promise, became the victim of a violent act that would leave his family and community searching for answers for decades to come.
