Tramell Tray K. Lewis, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 5, 2019, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred late Thursday night at an apartment complex in the 9000 block of Kingston Road. Tramell was wounded by gunfire and was subsequently taken to Ochsner LSU Health, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
