Billy Ray Doyle, a 41-year-old resident of Keithville, Louisiana, tragically lost his life to gun violence on June 4, 2024, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred outside a gas station located in the 4300 block of Linwood Avenue, where Doyle was struck by gunfire and pronounced dead at the scene.
