In the late afternoon hours of June 4, 2024, a burst of gunfire shattered the calm in the 4300 block of Linwood Avenue in Shreveport, Louisiana, leaving a 41-year-old man, Billy Doyle of Keithville, with multiple gunshot wounds. Shreveport Police officers were dispatched to the scene at approximately 4:30 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Doyle, a male, who had succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Shreveport Fire Department ...
