Luis Urquidez, a 17-year-old from Sacramento, tragically lost his life on April 12, 2017, in Oakland, California. The incident occurred at a friend's home in East Oakland, where Urquidez had spent the night. According to police reports, the fatal event transpired when an 18-year-old friend, whose name has not been released, began "playing around" with a semi-automatic pistol early in the morning.
