Alexis Saldana, an 18-year-old from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on November 17, 2017. The incident occurred late at night when Saldana was driving a four-door Cressida sedan with some friends. As they pulled into the parking lot of a Wendy’s restaurant on Roscoe Boulevard, a black SUV, possibly an Explorer, followed them.
