Leonardo Gabriel Ramirez, a 17-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on May 23, 2015, near North Virgil and Burns avenues in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, the incident occurred around 12:32 a.m. when Ramirez was standing on the corner.
