Cesar Frias

On June 1, 2018, Cesar Frias, a 25-year-old resident of Reedley, California, was tragically killed in what authorities have classified as a homicide. The incident began with a report of shots fired in the 600 block of West Abbott Avenue. When Reedley Police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Frias with severe head injuries inside a parked car.
